Not all customers are good customers— but some of them are GREAT!!!

When providing a service, sometimes you find the wrong customers. The ones who want to complain and ask for a price break, the ones who pay late or maybe not at all. The ones who waste your time and take you for an idiot. The ones who aren’t ever satisfied. Some customers are just more trouble than it’s worth. Unfortunately we have dealt with a few of them recently. It’s very hard on a small business when we provide a service and make recommendations of further repairs for your equipment to get it running correctly- yet they refuse because they don’t want to pay. The equipment then doesn’t run like it should (surprise!) and they want to blame everyone but themselves. We have no problem standing behind our work and making things right— but not when the customer misuses the equipment or doesn’t maintenance it correctly.

We want to work with good customers. The ones who are a pleasure to serve. The ones who understand that we are a small shop and that we have a family we are trying to provide for. The ones that add positivity and enhance our reputation! The ones who gladly refer us to their friends and family. You motivate us to keep going and help us forget the bad customers!

Thank you to our customers for being patient with us as we were closed last week. We had quite an important day that we were preparing for, and we appreciate your understanding.
