Today is World Health Day! So, to start thinking about your own health! I am pleases to announce that Earth Angel Farm (EAF), a nonprofit focused on wellness, is offering the EAF Wellness Course! EAF was awarded a grant for a 4 week course that will run once a week starting Tuesday, April 30. We will meet Tuesday, April 30, May 7, May 14 and May 21 at 5:30 pm for up to 2 hours each week. The course will cover topics focused on self-care including: deep active listening/reconnecting with your nervous system, healthy sleep, nutrition and exercise. This a free course, thanks to the Charles L Shor Foundation. Seating is limited, so if you are interested please email me at [email protected].
