Better Living Now is a Supported Living Agency that provides support for adults with developmental disabilities in residential settings. We are currently hiring for full and part time positions; 2nd & 3rd shift in Trumbull County!
Better Living Now is a family owned and operated company where our individuals and employees alike can thrive. Day rate pay begins at $15 per hour. Night rate is paid at $10.70 for sleep hours. Your awake hours will be paid at your usual day rate.
Your job responsibilities will include: assisting individuals with cooking and cleaning, ensuring their daily hygiene tasks are completed, building social skills, keeping them active and engaged in their community & helping them complete all their necessary Doctors Appointments. You will go home feeling accomplished having helped enrich the lives of individuals who depend on your assistance.
Experience in same or similar field is a plus! The DODD has streamlined the hiring process in order to get more people ready to work in a faster time period! Please call for more details!

If you have no experience you will start at 11$ but you can quickly advance if you show dependability. Night rate is paid at $9.30 for sleep hours. Your awake hours will be paid at your usual day rate.
