PRS Custom Fabrication

Fab Friday! As we approach the year's end, we would like to showcase this custom ice bath. Although designed for a restaurant, it can certainly be ordered for residential use. This ice bath features a custom cut-out for a faucet as well as a soft opening/closing mechanism.

Fab Friday! Well it’s the heart of school season, for the construction side of things. All school facility renovations typically have to be completed by mid August, to be ready when the kids start the new school year. This particular item showcases a few different options, including a three-tiered drawer cabinet, a sink and a garbage disposal cone. It also features a marine edge, to keep any liquids from spilling over the edge. Not every school has a large kitchen, so they like to squeeze multiple features in each unit to maximize the space.

This one has it all! Almost every option you can add to a dish table was added. The features include:
-scrap trough with removable basket
-scrap sink
-pass through window sill
-pitched scrap trough integrated into the disposal cone
-3 end splashes creating a wall to wall fit

Fab Friday is back! We wanted to feature this 3 compartment U shape sink. It is equipped with cutting board storage as well as brackets so the cutting board can sit flush in the sinks. Optimizing space is definitely used here.

Another Fab Friday….
This might be the biggest sink you’ve ever seen! At 60” x 20” x 20” deep, it probably holds more water than most bathtubs. The overall unit is 10’ long and includes a pitched drainboard on the left side. This ensures that any fluids will always end up draining back into the sink. The unit was built for a laboratory in mid-Michigan. I guess you could say this unit will be born AND raised in Michigan!

Fab Friday!!! Here’s a good example of another PRS beverage counter with multiple features. They include:
-(2)water filling stations
-drop-in ice bin
-opening for soda dispenser
-lift out panels below soda dispenser
-openings for under counter refrigerators

Coordination is key with a unit like this, as all of the utilities on site must match the utility locations on the beverage counter built in the shop. When all parties involved communicate and coordinate, it’s a beautiful thing.

Fab Friday! 3 compartment sinks can come in all shapes cast waterand sizes. 42” x 42” corner 3 comp is one of a kind. Each sink is equipped with weld-in brackets to support cuttings boards as well as drain over flow cutouts. Size doesn’t always matter!

Faaaaabbbb Fridayyy! You’ve seen the before photo…now here’s the after. The fit on this top was nothing less than perfection. No more than a 1/16” gap anywhere between the countertop and the cabinetry. Unfortunately for the lake, I think this top will steal the show. Have a great, safe Memorial Day weekend everybody!!!!

Fab Friday!!! Who needs a custom stainless steel countertop for their home? Give us a call. This 200” countertop is for a home in northern Michigan. Although it’s big, careful attention was paid to the small details.

Fab Friday! Meach’s Pit Stop, contacted us for new removable perforated inserts for their bar area. The customer needed the inserts before they opened. We went out got measurements and removed the existing perforated inserts. In less than 5 hours the customers request was completed. Wow Fab Friday came quick! PRS can provide more than just stainless steel. Here is a custom bakers table we just completed this week. This piece includes a custom drawer, partial under shelf and sheet pan racks. This maple top is mainly used for pastry work and pizza dough. Who doesn’t love either of those!
