Warren-based Taylor Box acquired by European packaging group

Burt Rigid Box and Taylor Box Join Pusterla 1880 Pusterla 1880, a packaging group, will enter the North America market through its merger with Burt Rigid Box, Inc. and Taylor Box Company.

Burt Rigid Box, Inc., Inc. and Taylor Box Company join Pusterla 1880 as the first American sites of the Global Packaging Group.
