It's taken us a few days, but we’ve finally recovered from our anniversary 80s blowout! So many of you came out early and stayed late - we're always blown away when we see the group photo at the end of the night!

Each year we work our buns off to put on a special day to celebrate another year of beers, friendship, and our little community. To our staff, who put in countless hours preparing, promoting, packaging, decorating, delivering, and bartending for this day - Thank You!

To our customers, both those in bar stools and those who keep our doors open by putting our beers on tap and on shelves…THANK YOU! We can’t do this without you!

Thank you to Elisha at Babcia's Lunchbox and her staff for keeping our bellies full with the tastiest food around!

We can hardly believe that we have been making this crazy dream a reality for the past 8 years; at the same time, it feels like you all have been a part of our family forever. Of course we enjoy a crispy lager or perfectly balanced IPA as much as the next person, but what we love more than anything is the opportunity to bring people together to connect, share experiences, and build relationships. Thank you to all of you, our MM Fam, for helping us build a place we are proud to call home. We love you all ❤️🍻

This weekend in the Alley and Downtown Warren! Join us in the Pride in the Valley parade, stepping off at noon on Saturday around Courthouse Square! Swing over to the taproom 12-11 for your favorite MM beers. You can even get them in a DORA cup and take them back to the Square! DJ Icey Roots is spinning an all vinyl disco, house, and techno set 7-10 for a Pride in the Alley dance party. Plus, you have 3 chances to catch Twilight Theatre's production of Richard III this weekend!

While we are so excited to celebrate with our LGBTQIA+ community, we know that Pride is about much more than throwing a party. We are committed to making Modern Methods a safe place for all, where hate is never tolerated, and to helping build an inclusive Mahoning Valley in which everyone is free to live and love in peace.

From the Queen of the Food Court herself, Saturday's menu includes...

"Beef sandwich- smoked pulled beef with onions peppers and mushrooms on baguette.

Macaroni and cheese- like the kind your aunties made for every family event.

Nachos- smoked beef, queso, pico, sour cream good stuff inspired by trips to your local galleria at the mall.

Chipped chopped ham sandwich- is it even a party in the 80s without a crockpot full of this stuff?!

Farm stand salad- whatever I find at the farm stand this morning turned into a yummy salad. Super fresh right out of the ground just like the 1780s, you never specified which 80s."

Kicking off Saturday's lineup - beer and merch releases!

We have a limited supply of 8th anniversary 20oz dimpled mugs, shirts, and hats, available starting as soon as we open at noon! $10 gets you a beer of your choice in the commemorative mug, 1 per customer, while supplies last.

Up first, we've got Gretchen, our Munich Helles lager. Gretchen has been lagering for months getting ready for this weekend. It was the top vote receiver in our March Madness competition in the taproom. People love it for its light hop profile which allows crackery, biscuity German malt to shine liter after liter. Prost!

Up next we've got Swimmin' Trunks Fruited Sour, a key lime-orange sour ale inspired by the perfect summer beverage: the margarita. Our customers also voted in droves for it in our March Madness beer off! We're super excited for this year's batch...we were able to get some excellent key lime puree that has kicked it into 12th gear. It pours with a crazy pectin haze like a glass of orange juice and the flavor is just bursting at the seams. Check it out!

And lastly, There Gose My Hero is a traditional German Gose sour ale with a bit of coriander and sea salt to kick it up and make it bright and quenching for the warmer weather.
