The Diamond Effect
Take this journey with me as I grow through what I go through. I hope here you feel safe and seen! Now allow yourself to be heard as well!
WELCOME TO THE DIAMOND EFFECT! Let’s find; Y.O.U; your own understanding!
The moment it clicked that everybody doesn’t think like me, I started moving different. No more forcing, no more overgiving. If it’s not mutual, it’s not for me. The right people will show up correctly.
Desire without knowledge is not good.
When you start to feel small in places you once felt big, it’s okay to grow.

The moment you stop learning is the moment you start falling behind. Being teachable isn’t about knowing less—it’s about being open to knowing more, even when it challenges what you already believe.
When you stay teachable:
✓ You grow faster
✓ You avoid repeating the same mistakes
✓ You turn feedback into fuel
✓ You stay adaptable in a changing world
✓ You become someone others want to follow
Humility opens doors that pride keeps locked. Stay curious. Ask questions. Listen without getting defensive. Admit when you’re wrong. That’s not weakness—that’s real strength.
The best version of you is still being built. Keep your mind open and your heart ready to learn.
Be teachable. Stay growing. Rise higher. 💪📘

“To answer before listening— that is folly and shame. The human spirit can endure in sickness, but a crushed spirit who can bear? The heart of the discerning acquires knowledge, for the ears of the wise seek it out. A gift opens the way and ushers the giver into the presence of the great.”

Healing starts when we pause long enough to ask, “Am I responding to this moment, or to an old wound?”

Lately, I’ve been focused on becoming the best version of myself, and that has meant protecting my energy.
I’m no longer quick to overextend myself for everyone.
I’m no longer carrying burdens that are not mine.
I’m no longer allowing outside opinions to become inner doubt.
I’m no longer letting misjudgment shake my peace.
And I’m no longer taking everything personally, because we are all moving through life on different levels.
It is not selfish to choose yourself first. It is necessary.
It still doesn’t sit right with me, and truthfully, it probably never will—but I’ve accepted it. Behind closed doors, I’ve looked out for people who turned around and switched up like it was nothing. I gave real advice, real support, real money, real resources. I stood up for people in rooms they’ll never step foot in, defended names that aren’t even mine to defend, and stayed solid when I didn’t owe anybody a thing.
I hope all has been well with everyone! And if not, I hope you know it will get better! Keep going and don’t give up!
