This is The Gray, one of the incredible cheeses we will be pairing with new rum this Thursday. This Connecticut made, Cheshire style cheese has deep roots in this part of New England. Creamy and crumbly, with buttery and savory notes and a juicy acidity, she’s going to dance beautifully with the rum, the music and the incredible people that will be gathering this Thursday evening.
