Meet ORIGIN, a powerful diagnostic, troubleshooting, and validation tool.

Why It Matters

⏱ Time-freeing Evaluations – complete diagnostics in minutes, not hours.
🔎 Root Cause Analysis – pinpoint what’s wrong without disassembly.
💰 Cost Savings – avoid re-quotes and surprise extras.
✅ End-to-End Validation – nothing missed, only what’s needed gets repaired.

What It Tests

Phasing • Feedback Device • Magnetism • Bearings • Vibration • Alignment • Release voltage • Torque • Winding • Back EMF • Backlash

I'm often asked, “What’s the difference between your system and everyone else’s?”

For a long time, I discussed the technology, the added capabilities, and the support. And all of that is still true (and still matters). But honestly, we’re testing what others don’t.

Wouldn’t you want a system that can check magnetism, brakes, vibration, windings, balancing, and temperature?

A system that also covers actuators and spindle motors, not just servos?

A report that builds trust. The kind customers take seriously, because it shows your work is, too.

You’re not just buying for today. You’re investing in your capability for years ahead. And if long-term success matters, the choice becomes pretty clear. You choose the system that can see everything.

2025 has been our best year yet, and I'm really excited for what's ahead. Enjoy the holidays, finish Q4 strong, and here’s to a prosperous 2026.

We enjoyed connecting with old and new colleagues at EASA Europe, Asia & Africa Chapter

Very active, always looking ahead and moving forward. Thanks to Frédéric Beghain and Roberta Cancedda for their continued efforts.

We also had the unique opportunity to lead a four-day How to Repair Servo Motors training workshop with companies from three countries before the conference, something we hope to do again.

All research and development, including and software development is done in-house. Why it matters? To be in front, timely, and responsive to customer needs.

Good news – we now support Panasonic Minas A4 and A5, Rexroth MSM, Mitsubishi HP, Tamagawa Seiki TS5668N26, Omron R88M-K, and Nachi MFMA and MSMA .

And the flexibility of the hardware “platform” will soon add spindle motors and linear to the mix.

Stay tuned! More to come.

Enter the repair business. Catch us tomorrow at the EASA Solutions Expo from 9:30 - 12:00 for live demonstrations of the Linea X3 Tester and RunWELL Tester. One test stand, not hundreds.

St. Louis you’ve been great.

A new update is rolling out soon 🤯

Here's a sneak peek:
-Motor amperage and voltage readings while running the servo motor
-No more swapping the accessory cable between the RunWELL and AlignMATE
-Create on-the-spot run tests for both comcoders and resolvers
-Polar charts for detailed visualization of voltage values with respect to disc position
-Built-in help desk portal for even better technical support
