Less than 3 years back, baking felt like a big puzzle – lots of confusing recipes, tricky methods, and a bit scary. It was tough, but now, it’s my favorite thing. Even though baking still has its challenges, I wouldn’t want it any different. From being a bit scared to now loving it, baking has become my passion. The nerves are still there, but they’re part of the fun.
