🌊 OCEAN WAVE BALLOONS 🌊

There’s something about all those shades of blue and aqua in the ocean that I never get tired of recreating with balloons. 💦

For this freestanding balloon garland, I used Kalisan’s NEW Aqua as the star and layered in different aqua shades to give it that natural, coastal feel.

Then came my favorite part… the movement!

I treated my 260 balloons with Hi-Float, grouped them together, and used them throughout the garland to create those wispy, flowing details that remind me of waves moving through the water.

It’s amazing what a little color variation + movement can do to take a balloon garland from pretty to ✨WOW✨.
