Pretty extensive remodeling project! Really cool to be part of this! Love to see old lumber and old work.
All floors were reframed and we are also framing an addition!!!

Oval window prefab line produced three out of three needed, with insulation in mind. Jig saw and steady hand! 😎

Dining room roof structure is a mix of steel and engineered lumber.
A lot more to it than it looks for sure, but what a stunning roof !!!

Pretty nice wrap to the year!!!….yeah I’m a little late to posting, it was our first time taking time off for the Christmas week and New Years and we all enjoyed it a lot!!! ( no phone in sight…most of the time )

Never ceases to amaze me walking completed frame how much hard work, thought and effort was applied.
