For the third time, a crash has occurred at the intersection of Lexington St and Beaver St. This time, a Chrysler school van and a Toyota collided. Fortunately, no students were on board.

The fire prompted an upgraded response, with mutual aid provided by surrounding departments, including Waltham Fire, who assisted in bringing the fire under control.

The coordinated efforts of multiple departments ensured the fire was contained efficiently. No injuries have been reported, and the scene is now under control.

A Volkswagen reportedly had a tree fall on it Tuesday morning on the I-95 on-ramp in Waltham during windy conditions.

The driver declined medical treatment, signing a written refusal. MassDOT and State Police were already on scene when Waltham Fire arrived.
