Regarding 40B - Affordable Housing- We should be constructing neighborhoods not just large apartment buildings. 40B Law needs to updated to meet the needs of each individual community’s development. The current law is a one-size-fits-all law.
Its time to show compassion for the tax payers. At this rate, our expanding state budget is not sustainable. Constantly proposing increases in taxes is not the answer. The answer is better fiscal management. Dr. Tim Hempton, Candidate for State Senate.
