Career Exploration: We had a fantastic visit from guest speakers at AAA today! They shared valuable tips on how to plan a successful vacation, from setting a budget and choosing destinations to staying organized throughout the travel process. Students also learned how to use maps and navigation tools to explore new places and plan travel routes. Thank you to AAA for providing such practical and engaging travel insights!

Learning is even sweeter when it’s hands-on! 🍦🛒: Students in SMAP took a trip to Big Y to shop for ingredients, practice community and decision-making skills, and then returned to the classroom to create their own homemade ice cream. A fun and delicious way to build real-world skills!

🛒 From Aisles to Aprons! 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳: Our incredible students in SEAP took their learning on the road this week! They headed out into the community, armed with their shopping lists, to practice real-world skills like navigating the grocery store, locating items, and managing a budget.

But the fun didn't stop at the checkout lane! Back at school, they turned those ingredients into two amazing cooking days:

Day 1: Whipping up gooey, classic Rice Krispie Treats! 🥣✨

Day 2: Getting creative and healthy by assembling colorful Fruit Salad! 🍓🍌🍏
