Good News Chapel

We all have "narratives" of life as we live each day, like "If God loves me, He will answer my prayers with a Yes." or "God saved me and I will be in heaven, but for this life, I have to fend for myself." or "If I could..... then I would be happy." We all live with narratives that we've picked up along the way. However, God and Life don't always work out the way we expected. In the end, allowing God's word to permeate our thoughts help us to realign our "narratives" to the truth of who God reveals Himself to be in His word. So let's spend daily time in allowing God to speak for Himself instead of us "filling in the blank" about who we "think" He is and what He's like.

Col. 3:16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God.

Here's a friendly reminder for tomorrow's "Son-Rose Service" at 9:30 am @ the amphitheater (down by the gym) in Diamond Bar High School.

We will be using the concrete steps as seats so bringing blankets, cushions or anything of the sort is highly recommended.

Please join us before service at 9 am for donuts and coffee and stick around after service for brunch and fun games inside the gym.

SOLA is a conference geared toward collegians and college aged people (Ages 18-25), to better equip them to live lives that exemplify the goodness and beauty of the Gospel.

The conference will be jam packed with amazing keynote speakers, relevant and relatable seminar topics, and amazing vendor booths.

The early bird registration cut off date is 3/20 (This up-coming Sunday).
BUT here's the catch, we must have a minimum count of 7 as a group to sign up together to get the early bird registration so PLEASE don't wait till the last minute.

ALSO, Good News Chapel has decided to subsidize $10 from the already low rate which means you'll be able to go for only $20! So don't wait and get on this NOW
