🎨💖 A big thank you to Hearts and Hands for joining us in Memory Care for a beautiful watercolor painting session! Our residents loved expressing themselves through art, and the joy and calm it brought to the room were truly heartwarming.
Painting is more than just a creative activity — it helps stimulate memories, encourages focus, and provides a soothing outlet for self-expression for those living with dementia. 💕

🌕✨ We had such a wonderful visit from Isla and the students of Tzu Chi School! They joined our residents to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival by making traditional moon cakes together — and they turned out absolutely delicious! 🥮💛

A big thank-you to C.A.P.A (Chinese American Parent Association of Diamond Bar) for joining us and helping our residents make beautiful lanterns to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival! 🎨🕯️
Our community was filled with creativity, laughter, and the spirit of togetherness as we prepared for this special celebration. The lanterns turned out absolutely stunning — a true reflection of the joy and connection this holiday brings. 💛

🌊☀️ Our residents enjoyed a wonderful outing to Long Beach Shoreline Village this week! We shared a delicious lunch by the lighthouse, took in the beautiful views, and of course ended the day with some sweet ice cream treats 🍦. Smiles, laughter, and ocean breezes made it a perfect day together! 💙
There’s nothing quite like the joy of cooking and the comfort of being back in the kitchen. With our Flavors of Home program, our residents get to roll up their sleeves, share recipes, swap stories, and do what they love—cook! 🥘🥗🍪
This month, we had the treat of making and tasting homemade dumplings—and they were absolutely delicious! 🥟💛
The smiles, the delicious aromas, and the memories created around the table remind us all that food truly brings people together.
