Rick George and his Platt Tech Carpentry students are working on a deck for one of our homes. The students are learning career skills but also about the busy lives our residents lead on a day-to-day basis supported by our staff. And vise versa, the residents and staff are getting to see what it takes to teach the next generation of carpenters.

We hope everyone sees the value of our community; the hard work and patience it takes to build.”
