We are looking forward to re-connecting with our friends at the Farmers Market at the Guilford Fairgrounds for a "pop-up" market today!! Stop by and try the jam of the week and peruse our twenty three unique varieties, everything from sweet to savory. We also picked a fresh batch of garlic scapes this morning. Try some in a stir-fry this evening!!

Our garlic is growing, growing, growing, so garlic scapes will be ready this week. Pick up some for your next stir-fry or pasta dish!!! On Saturday we will feature our other rhubarb flavor, "Blu Rhue". A very unique combination of rhubarb, blueberries, raspberries, and balsamic vinegar. Try a sample and tell us what you think. On another note, we still have some dahlia tubers that would love to be in your garden!!

We are here this morning--rain or shine--so bring the umbrella and visit us!!! The week's taster is "Island Jam", a delicious combo of pineapple, bananas, kiwi,, and coconut cream. Try it on your morning bagel or as a glaze on salmon!!
