Five days of taking in and practicing all-things abundance - & that’s A LOT (if you know what I mean! 😉)

From this workshop series has inspired me that we are truly in control of our own destiny. If you deeply believe in something to be true and identify with it, it’s only a matter of time before it becomes your REALITY! ➡️Remember, you are the writer, producer and main character of your life - when there’s something you truly desire - you have the power to make it happen!

I personally feel enlightened and highly recommend for others to find personal development resources that resonate with your style so you can continue to grow and flourish. If you’ve followed along this week, thank you! This was me stepping out of my comfort zone and I’m thankful for the space you’ve allowed me to share

Day 4: How being abundant changes you and the world ➡️ Let’s make an impact together!

Today’s session hit a soft spot in my heart and brought me so much joy! The message was all about our responsibility of giving back and envisioning what it will look like for you when you find your abundance - essentially, creating a ripple effect by teaching others how to breakthrough, as well!

I’ve always been big on and , so naturally, right after the workshop, I made a wish list of things I would LOVE to do for others and bring to our local community… the one I’ve been DREAMING of hosting for YEARS is a Financial Wellness & Planning seminar for high school students - and funny enough, I feel like this session was a reminder from the Universe to make it happen!

I have a whole agenda of what I think is important to cover but I’m so curious and would love feedback - what do you think would be important to talk about during a Financial Wellness & Planning seminar for high school students? What will be most impactful? What do you wish you learned when you were between the ages of 14-18?

Envision your future life and tap into that frequency today. If you IDENTIFY with your future and BELIEVE it to be true, you’ll attract that version of your future faster and much more stronger than just living in autopilot daily. Be detailed with your approach - what does the future look like? Feel like? Who are you surrounded by? What investments or risks did you take to get there? What do you need to do to reach that level and put your vision into action?

Such a simple, yet powerful practice, especially if you’re striving for a big goal or have your heart set on life-changing dreams! ❤️

Day 2: Discovering Abundance Breakthroughs ➡️ Every choice we make is a choice in itself!

For as long as I can remember, a phrase we often hear is “trust your gut.” I’m sure you’ve heard this one, right? Well, in today’s workshop, my greatest takeaway was a simple reminder of the ways we’re blocking our abundant energy. (Remember, abundance can be in any area of life!)

When I first wanted to get into real estate, I heard doubts and judgements from others:
“How will you work a full time job and do real estate?”
“You don’t have time for that…”
“The market is so saturated!”
“Agents don’t make enough money for all the work they do.”
“Rough market to start off in..”

Funny thing is I never ONCE thought I couldn’t do it - it’s a role that resonated with me since before I even got started! I made a choice to help others, committed to the education and licensing requirements, and in my first 9 months of being active in the industry, I had my hand in 6 transactions that amounted to about $1MM in sales. Some would say “you only sold $1MM in THIS market?” >>> YES! I did that and it’s not too shabby for a part time agent who works full time and has a fulfilled life, if you ask me! 😉

I’m not saying it wasn’t hard but I didn’t once say to myself that I couldn’t do it or believe the things people said - def thought about it, but these were simply not my beliefs.

I did, however, learn early on that in order for me to be successful in truly helping people, I need to be 100% transparent about my unique availability to work real estate. This conversation has been a staple in my business and branding and helps draw the best clients for me, my way. Everyone else was able to find an agent to better serve them - and that is okay, too!

🔑 What I am so thankful to have learned very early on in my career (and I tell prospective agents all the time) is that if you truly desire to work in this industry - any for that matter - there is room for you, you just have to make the choice ❤️

Day 1: Reversing Scarcity ➡️ Speak Your Dreams Into Reality!

Preface: If I am being honest, I was a bit apprehensive about sharing my journey this week on my business platform but I almost felt like anyone interested can benefit! This is me stepping out of my comfort zone and I am THRILLED to share my findings from the workshop with you. ✌️

Today, Kathryn () pointed out that we can help enlighten others through simply sharing our learning around abundance - and can be applied to anything you want it to, not just financially, which is typically front of mind. Not only does practicing abundance bring a heightened frequency to our lives, we could empower others to R E A L I Z E the abundant potential available to them, as well.

After the workshop, I set some time to reflect on what my dreams are and how I can shift to a more abundant life - while I’ll save those for another day, the common theme was realizing that the things I have today, I have been dreaming of or have been working on for extended periods of time.

The best part is, I realized these things aren't just material items, they're long-distance relationships with QUALITY friends, starting my own pretty awesome family and planning for the future (kudos to my hubby!), making memories through experiences, and fueling my drive to learn & seek knowledge; all of which help me live a more fulfilled life in very important, yet different ways.

We live in a world showcase for materialistic items, and don’t get me wrong, it’s nice to have nice things but that’s not what I’m here for. At my core, I enjoy helping others, finding magic in each day & spreading positivity. For me, the start of is looking internally to uncover what I value, practice gratitude around it, and seek more of what already brings me true joy.

✨ LET'S TALK PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT✨

I would say I'm a PD guru but I think that would be a bit over the top.. I truly enjoy learning all the things that can help me be a better person, leader, wife, etc. and for me one of the ways I reflect is through PD.

The first time I recall being truly inspired by Personal Development was during my sophomore year of college. I attended a leadership program where I was presented my results and I was in complete SHOCK with enlightenment - it made so much sense! 😂

Since then, I've been hooked! Between listening to books through my beloved Libby app (PRO TIP: free for CT residents with an active Library card,) tuning into podcasts, taking courses on SkillScout and LinkedIn Learning - I love it all!
