All Out Graphics is a screen printing and embroidery company looking to hire a graphic designer. As our artist, you will need to be creative, flexible, and organized.

You will be managing multiple projects from new art, revisions, and production preparation each day. Some jobs will give you complete freedom on the design, while others will be very specific.

You would also be responsible for maintaining the production schedule.

This position is a high paced and exciting job for the right person.

Being very organized and meeting deadlines is key to being successful in this position. The artwork is one of the most crucial steps in our process. Not only the quality of the design, but efficiently getting artwork to customers and making any necessary changes that they request.

The software we currently use is CorelDraw.

Pay will vary based on experience ($12-$15/hour). There will a semi-annual review with the a potential raise of $0.50/hour.

We are looking for someone with experience in screen printing and that is interested in a long term position to grow with our company. Pay will vary based on experience.

You will have two great experienced assistants working with you.
