Our Walker center is looking for a Full-Time Director who…

🌟 Has a fun personality and loves making people smile

📋 Notices the little details that others miss

💻 Isn’t afraid of computers, emails, and spreadsheets

🎢 Can roll with the punches when the day doesn’t go according to plan

🗣️ Can handle tough conversations with kindness and professionalism

⏰ Is available Monday–Friday, tentatively 6:30 AM–3:30 PM

But more than anything…

❤️ We want someone who understands that behind every scraped knee, first friendship, messy art project, and tearful goodbye is an opportunity to make a difference in a child’s life.

We’re looking for a leader who can support teachers, partner with families, create a positive environment, and help our center continue being a place where children feel loved, safe, and excited to learn. This is home away from home for our kids and staff so strong relationships are a big deal around here.

No two days are exactly alike around here, which is what makes it so exciting 🙃
