The DIY kit will include a 15 3/4” wooden round with line details, and your custom wooden phrase (florals, ribbon, and paint not included) to decorate as you please! We also sell the wooden rounds without the line details in 14 1/2” and 15 3/4”.

Took the plunge and created my first project with fusion360 today. Definitely not as hard as I thought it would be. Since I didn’t have a large radius bowl bit, I used a 3D contouring tool path to create the bottom radius with a 1/4” ballnose endmill. I could have cleaned the bottom of the tray up with a flat endmill, but I like the look of the tool paths with the ballnose.

2020 has been quite the ride. Contrary to popular belief, it was possible to have a extremely successful 2020. I am so grateful for all of my customers. It still amazes me that I have parts flying around in the air, off-roading in some classic trucks, used in fab shops, and some used in applications I can’t discuss😎 To top everything else off, my wife and I are starting a second business with our cnc router. I cannot wait for what 2021 brings us!

and I whipped up a quick Christmas gift for our 2yr old nephew. Nothing beats making and receiving a handmade gift. The main board was made of red oak, and the letters are made of poplar. Finished with butcher board conditioner and non toxic paint. Guaranteed to last long enough to pass down to another generation!
