MENU ALERT!!!!
Beef Brisket Taco:
Smoked for over 20 hours and served on a corn tortilla from a local purveyor. Prepared with pickled red onion, pickled jalapeño, and fresh cilantro.
Smoked Al Pastor Taco:
Marinated for hours, smoked, and then braised to give our own twist on a Mexican classic! Served on a corn tortilla with charred pineapple, pickled red onion, and a cool avocado crema.
Fish taco à la Plancha: White fish provided by a local fishmonger, prepared “à la Plancha” with carbon fire, kissed Salsa Roja, shredded red cabbage, a cool avocado Crema, and served on a flour tortilla.
All tacos will come with hot sauce.
Chips & Salsa Roja also available
Festivities start at 6:30! See you there!
