Single Barrel Cellar is a company focused on the production of barrel-aged artisan goods. We produce goods like maple syrup or coffee that is aged in once used spirit barrels, such as whiskey or rum. Our products impart the flavors found in the spirit as well as the tannins and vanillin from our American oak barrels which provide your palate with a delightful and intricate experience.
