This is the first healthy food I learned to like on my 💯 pound weight loss journey. Remember, if nothing changes, nothing changes. I don’t know about you, but when I was finally ready to drop weight, I was open-minded about making the changes needed to see the changes I needed. 

It’s not about restriction, calculations, or punishing workouts. You can lose weight the positive way. Trust me, the more positive the process, the more positive results. To make the best broccoli: toss florets in olive oil garlic powder, and salt and massage well. Use about a teaspoon of oil for every 1-2 cups of broccoli. Roast in the oven at 400° for 25 min. Toss halfway if you can and broil for 2-4 minutes at the end but extra crispy bits if you’d like as well. 

Sauce is yum: just mix plain yogurt with ranch seasoning powder and chopped green onion or scallions. Delicious.

my boot camp girls kicked butt today, I can say that for sure we burned a few hundred calories, then built up some muscle with targeted moves for sculpted arms. Did you finish your workout yet? Because if you came this morning you would be ALL DONE by now :)
