Complete do over from wood to composite with new stair wrap around throughout. Stairs are all wired and have white flash mount lights (32 flush mount 5 post light caps). Had some rot issues on one of the walls which was all removed and repaired and sealed properly with new siding.

Decking was done in a beautiful Fiberon IPE composite, Fiberon Country side Havenview Railings white rails black balusters with 5 inch posts

Lighted and wired post caps/flush mount all run by a 50 watt Amp all controlled by a key fob or manually.

Full Bath Remodel
New Tile floor and shower with corner shelves and trim set for plumbing,
New Plastered walls and a raised panel wood work
New trim and baseboards,door,toilet, exhaust fan light combo. Walls and trim were done in white Dove semi gloss and eggshell . JWPainting ,Mike Senerian Electric, Revolution Plumbing .M.C plastering

Special order storm came in and was installed from our previous job, also added a newly scribed interior 6 panel solid wood door to where a bifold used to be and a new Oak railing to stairway

A Deck we finished up a couple weeks ago. Wasn't a complete rebuild mainly a face lift and upgrade from wood to trex and Vynl Railings , post wrapped in Azek, composite lattice and trim. New Stairs as the old ones were not safe. Ran into some rot issues under the door area which was all replaced along with shingle siding, new entry door and trim inside and out.

Storm door will be installed soon when it comes in from special order

Complete Basement Renovation we just wrapped up. Customers were great to work with and all came together to meet their hopes and visions on this project.

All new insulation, walls and sound and fire insulation in the ceiling. New recessed panel style drop ceiling with recessed lighting, added electrical panel and outlets. Some plumbing adjustments to meet proper code height for ceiling height.

All New flooring with self leveling concrete where needed.

New plastered hallway ceiling and beautiful new stairs and risers.

Shaker style 2 panel board and batten walls 5' height 2'2" flat walls above BB

2 new shaker style interior door along with a 15 panel child safety glassed interior door

New window

Freshly painted in a two tone eggshell finish..

Very pleased on how this project came together.
