Just installed this for the "Triangle Land Conservancy" fabricated from CORTEN weathering steel and 1/4" stainless steel plate. Ended up weighing in at 900lbs.

This is just one small part of a very large project. Fabricated out of CORTEN weathering steel and stainless steel. Just this one part weighs roughly 1,500 lbs. We will post details when the time is right.

Our projects range from very large requiring forklifts and cranes, then we also do a lot of model work. These are medical sales models for cryo probes. They are used to freeze cancerous tumors inside your body, using liquid Argon. This is a static model where we 3D printed the layered ice balls out of clear resin. The model will used as a sales tool at trade shows. Fun project!

We haven't posted in a while. Thankfully we have been very busy.
Here is an enclosure for arrow poison frogs for the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences, here in Raleigh. This is designed for running water and all the plants they will add so it is entirely encapsulated in fiberglass, and made of aluminum, Stainless steel and PVC. Should last a very long time!

Finished installing a car horn interactive that we designed and built. My prediction, parents will hate it but the kids will love it!

Just installed a set of high end (very heavy) gates that we designed and fabricated.

Finished installing this sign today. Halo lit sign for a high end neighborhood. We have not posted in a while since have a lot of projects that are top secret. A lot of fun stuff!

Finished a 30' long sign monument this week. Fabricated out of 1/4" thick aluminum plate and finished with automotive paint.

Finished the Shiny Diner at the "Bumper to Bumper" exhibit at the NC Transportation Museum in Spencer, NC. Made out of polished Aluminum composite board, acrylic, and PVC. More to come!
