Naming this piece was a no-brainer…
because Brooklyn is where our story began.
This table represents more than design.

You’ll learn strength you didn’t know you had.
And most of all, you’ll learn that every detour, every delay, every unexpected turn…
was all part of His plan to prepare you for where you’re going.

This wasn’t just a renovation —
it was a full experience, handled from beginning to end.
From the dust to the details — it’s finished.
Now we dress the home.
Greensboro owes us nothing… and still gave us everything.
And just like that… life changes.
This renovation in Greensboro is a reminder that transformation doesn’t happen all at once — it happens in layers.
Windows installed.
Flooring laid.
Baseboards finished.
Entry doors, bedroom doors, closet doors — all in.
The structure is set.
Now we move into electrical — updating outlets, upgrading lighting — and then paint. The final touch that pulls it all together.
Renovations are disruptive. They stretch budgets, patience, and vision.
But on the other side of the dust is a new beginning.
Just like life — sometimes you have to tear out the old to make room for what’s next.
This is more than construction.

In my industry, I witness so many different stories, seasons, and circumstances.

How many of us truly understand that nothing on this earth belongs to us?

When God said yes to Tranquil Designs Home, the very first thing I did was give it right back to Him. Because what He allows us to build, we are only called to steward.
I invited Pastor William Ball to come and anoint this space—to consecrate it and offer it back to the One it has always belonged to. My Daddy. My Provider. My Source.
“Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.” — Proverbs 16:3
This is more than a showroom.
It is holy ground.
A space surrendered in obedience, covered in prayer, and built for His glory.
If God is in it, it will stand. ✨🙏
I can remember playing dollhouse as a little girl—creating worlds with my hands and my imagination. I didn’t have fancy toys. What I had were Cornflakes boxes, scissors, and vision.
At the time, I had no idea God was already preparing me.
Those quiet moments on the floor in Trinidad—surrounded by scraps and creativity—were seeds being planted. What felt like play was purpose in disguise.
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord. (Jeremiah 29:11)
God was teaching me how to see beauty where others saw nothing. How to create order from chaos. How to imagine a space before it ever existed.
Before I knew design, He knew destiny.
“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; before you were born I set you apart.” (Jeremiah 1:5)
