At SignCraft, Fun is one of our core values, so we made time for a little mandatory fun last Friday! Our team got together to tie-dye custom SignCraft shirts, showing off our creativity and adding some color to the workday. Building great signs is what we do, but building a great team is just as important!

We're growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Sign Installation Specialist to join our hardworking and fun-loving team.

Job Summary:
As a Sign Installation Specialist, you’ll be responsible for installing a wide variety of interior and exterior signage, vinyl graphics, and custom displays. You’ll represent our company in the field, ensuring that each installation meets our high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Safely install signs of various sizes, types, and materials (channel letters, vinyl, monument signs, street signs, post & panels, wall/floor graphics, vehicle wraps, etc.)
• Safely use equipment such as bucket trucks, scissor lifts, ladders, digging tools, power tools, and hand tools
• Interpret and follow installation drawings, site plans, and customer specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site with professionalism and efficiency
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and project managers
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in safe, working conditions
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and local codes
• Provide production and fabrication of signs as needed

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of professional sign installation or construction experience preferred
(we understand that great installers often come from related industries. If your background includes problem-solving, construction, electrical, carpentry, metal fabrication, or similar hands-on work, we encourage you to apply even if you haven’t worked specifically in the sign industry before.)
• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders/lifts
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus but not required)
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork mindset
