KB Custom Leather

This custom set combines durability, and function for countless miles in the saddle! The dark rich oil tanned leather, gives them a timeless look, while the hand-tooled yokes and bells add just enough character to make them unmistakably custom!

There's something about dark leather and floral tooling!

This set was built from a dark chocolate distressed hide, half floral half basketweave tooled yokes and bells. Incorporating the iconic Wyoming bucking horse, sheep wagon, and personal brand. No shortcuts, no templates, just handcrafted leather, built to last!

A good pair of chaps, don't have to be loud to get noticed!

This custom set came together with deep earthy tones, clean basket stamping, and just the right pop of turquoise. Simple, classic, and stand out just enough without being overdone.

Built with warm roughout leather, dark chocolate accents, a custom brand on each bell, and a fully hand-tooled yoke for a classic feel. Finished off with two working pockets, keep them as functional as they are clean.

This set was a fun one to bring to life.

The goal was something clean and classic, but still different enough to stand out—so we went with a deep burgundy base, lighter fringe for contrast, and finished it off with some traditional floral tooling up top. The custom brand ties it back to the person they were built for, which is always my favorite part.
Every set ends up with its own personality, depending on the small choices along the way.

Its been a pleasure these past few years, to build a set of chaps for the current Miss Rodeo North Dakota! Jaylynn had a very specific vision for her chaps, and matching bag.
