Dark Lavender Turban did me right competing in my first race (if you’re thinking about doing one, do it! It was so fun). Stayed put the whole time, kept sweat out of my face and kept all my crazy baby hairs back.

I recently heard someone say: If pictures from when you first started your business don’t make you cringe, you waited too long to start. It made me laugh, but there’s a lot of truth to it.

Tomorrow we’re celebrating the 14th anniversary of the Waco Downtown Farmer’s Market and I can’t even put into words how integral the farmer’s market has been in the growth and life of Simple Beauty.

It may not quite feel like fall where I’m at (ahem, Texas coming in strong in the mid-80s right now🥵), but I love turning the corner color wise and embracing all of the deeper, more saturated and moody fall tones.🤎
