Unbelievable quality meat with unbelievable taste. Prime tenderloin. Customers ordered them over the holidays and said they were amazing. Fork tender beef that melts in your mouth.
Tomorrow we will be cooking briskets and pork ribs. People want some of the best brisket and ribs to bring in the new year.

We are working our way back. The road construction is coming along. They have poured the side walks, created nice parking, putting up amazing street lights and will be moving construction pass our spot soon.
We cooked 1,300 sausage links for the city’s parks and rec department and we thank them. Doing a lot of cooking for the Waco regatta (boat race rowing here in Waco). Also some great private dinners.
Looks forward to seeing all of you soon. I will keep updates coming.
The site is closed tomorrow. Working on outdoor kitchen. Will keep up updated. See you all soon.

We will be open Saturday from 1PM-5:30 PM. Looking forward to see our great customers. The game is early so, if you are going to the game come by and get a great meal when you leave the game. We can’t wait to serve you good food.

Open at 7PM BYOB.
This is why we can’t open M-F. The dust covers the place. When they leave on Friday evening and we wash it down . It is very pleasant and private on Friday nights. The breeze is incredible. Food amazing and BYOB.
For the most part we have been shut down until the work is done but, thank God for Fridays. Look for post for menu this Friday.

BYOB. Friday night supper. Seafood Friday. From 7PM to 10:00 PM.
Fried fish, fried shrimp, fries, Mac and cheese and greens. GUMBO too.
Sip what you like. Open air, bring the cigar you like.

We are closed today. Have to make some adjustments to the new environment. Have wash down all the dirt and dust from all the construction. Will be back next Friday and Saturday.
