Total Placement is seeking a compassionate and dependable Program Assistant to support daily operations at an Adult Day Program. This role involves working closely with participants to provide assistance with daily routines, facilitate engaging activities, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment. The Program Assistant will also join clients on planned community outings.

Responsibilities:
• Clean/sanitize production equipment and structural areas.
• Perform equipment disassembly & reassembly as part of sanitation processes.
• Operate advanced sanitation systems and tools.
• Validate and document sanitation effectiveness.
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures and proper sanitation sequencing.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and correct sanitation-related issues.
• Support, guide, and assist other sanitation technicians as needed.

What you'll be doing:
• Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Use measuring tools and shop math to achieve precise fits and angles.
• Fit, tack, and weld parts within close tolerances.
• Safely operate MIG welders, grinders, band saws, and pneumatic tools.
• Use forklifts, cranes, and hoists for material handling.

What we're looking for:
• Lift up to 50 lbs and carry materials up to 25 feet.
• Proven experience in MIG welding.
• Ability to read and work from blueprints.
• Solid understanding of shop math and fabrication processes.
