TIMOR // Presenting one of several crowd favorites all the way from the Ducurai Village of Timor-Leste. This washed coffee displays a bold, yet balanced flavor with tasting notes of Orange Zest, Graham Cracker, and a Creamy Buttery mouthfeel.

This coffee showcases a rich, exuberant sweetness with tasting notes of Green Apple, Grape, and Milk Chocolate. This washed Tanzania and Bolivia blend is a developed medium roast reminding us of complex cocoa notes mixed with sweet cranberry like flavors and a full chestnut like body. Created in mind to accommodate everyone from the black coffee drinkers to the syrup obsessed coffee indulgers. Enjoy!

CAST IRON // Our classic blend of natural Brazil & washed Guatemala exhibits one of our favorite profiles. This blend reminds us of all the classic things about your diner cup of coffee, but with even more flavor. It’s an approachable daily drinker, with a lot more clarity in the cup. It's exuberant in a buttery texture, displaying notes of stone fruit and a subtly smoky finish.

Coffee beans are decaffeinated before they are roasted? Decaffeination is actually a coffee processing method and not a roasting method. And there are different methods to decaffeinate coffee beans!

We choose to buy decaf beans that use a special processing method called select water process from .coffee.inc.

This simply means that the decaffeination process DOESN’T use any chemicals which allows us to sell a quality product for our caffeine-free friends!
