COLCORD CENTER CONSTRUCTION & LEASE OPPORTUNITY- Unit "A" opens in March! It's now time for community merchants and entrepreneurs to discover that “Near North Waco” is thriving! Mission Waco’s three-unit retail center, located at 1500 Colcord Ave @ N. 15th. will open the first building (Unit “A”- 1180 sq’) in March. Rydell Real Estate (361.782.8480) is our leasing agent. The historic neighborhood continues to attract new homes and businesses, including the Jubilee Food Mkt, D’s Mediterranean Grill, The World Cup Café, Jubilee Theatre, Urban Reap, North Waco Tropical Fish, Baked Bliss and others.
