Our hearts are with all of the individuals, families, first responders, and communities impacted by the recent flooding across Central Texas and the Hill Country. We stand in solidarity with everyone navigating loss, disruption, and recovery.

As an agency committed to mental wellness, we also want to gently remind everyone that it’s okay to care for yourself during this time. Here are a few ways to support your emotional wellbeing:

➡️ Connect with others or lend a hand if you're able
➡️ Breathe deeply and take mindful pauses throughout the day
➡️ Do one small thing today that brings you peace or joy
➡️ Keep your body moving in ways that feel good and grounding

You are not alone. 💛 We're here to support our community, together.

Our thoughts and prayers are with those in the Hill Country. We are thinking of those who have experienced devastating loss, those who are out on rescue teams, and all others impacted by the storms overnight and this morning.
