Please be aware there are many scam ads out there. Scammers cannot get you in to the house to view it. This is one way to know you are dealing with a scammer!! Also, they will request a deposit before you see the inside of a house (since they cannot even show you the house) so this is another way to identify they are a scammer. If you are interested in one of our rentals we will first text you Pre-screening questions. If those look okay, we will then schedule a showing. If you decide you would like to move forward after the showing, I will then email an application link to every applicant over the age of 18 (I will need each person's email address). Once I receive the application/s I will then forward each person an email that will give me permission to run a background check. You will need to follow the instructions in the email to give me permission. If the background checks come back good and you are approved at that time I would need you to send me the deposit to hold the house and I will at that point remove the ad. ***I need you to feel comfortable sending us the deposit through Venmo, Cashapp or Paypal*** We will send you a “Holding Deposit Agreement” showing you paid the deposit. If you are not comfortable with this then we would not need to proceed with an application after you see the house. (I am giving you this information because recently we have had applicants refusing to send the deposit after they are approved. This could’ve saved us (and them) a lot of time if we had known that ahead of time). After you are approved and have sent the deposit we will also discuss time of move in and other details needed to get the move in process to go smoothly.
