Just a sweet little “under the sea” cupcake cake for a 1st birthday. Red velvet, strawberry, and vanilla cupcakes with little candy sea creatures all on a “sandy” cake board.

Cute little “hatching soon” dinosaur set for a baby shower.

Some kids just know what they like. This was the 3rd year my grandson asked for a “candy” cake, and he requested coconut. He had a fun day partying with friends at a local pizza place so it was only fitting that his cookies be pizza themed. He asked for red velvet cookies so I made red velvet roll out cookies for the 1st time and they did not disappoint! They were so soft and yummy! I didn’t get great photos but here’s a look. I’ll post previous years cakes in the comments.

I’m jumping on the natural food dyes wagon before the artificial dyes are banned. There’s for sure a learning curve but I’m here for it. What are y’all’s thoughts on food colorings? I didn’t have great lighting but I think these are pretty pastels. I didn’t want to make them too dark with Easter around the corner. That means Easter samples are on the way! Be watching.

When your grandson is obsessed with all things military/Army he gets all the camo and accessories for an Army party. Cookies, cupcakes (vanilla & chocolate), and my first “cake slice” personal cake for the birthday boy.
