A MOROSO favorite, rooted in centuries of tradition. Our homemade Roasted Butternut Squash Ravioli is inspired by the culinary traditions of Lombardy in Northern Italy, where filled pasta with sweet winter squash dates back to the Renaissance. Delicate handmade ravioli are filled with roasted butternut squash and finished in a rich, aromatic brown butter and fresh sage sauce…a timeless pairing that allows simple, beautiful ingredients to shine. At MOROSO, we’re committed to bringing authentic regional Italian recipes to our table, honoring the traditions, ingredients, and flavors that have defined Italian cooking for generations. Authentic Italian. Made with tradition. Served at MOROSO.

Fall 🍂 is right around the corner. Football season has begun, and our Fall menu will begin releasing on Thursday. Let’s kick the season off with a Pork Chop Martini. This Italian American creation hails from Long Island, New York. A tender Duroc pork chop, pounded, breaded, and pan seared Milanese style. Then, it’s baked in the oven with a Parmesan crust, and finished in a savory white w**e sauce, with garlic, lemon, and Italian cherry peppers. 😍

From time to time, we’re honored to host famous people. Sports stars, entertainers, coaches & chefs. One of the nicest people we’ve met is Bob Cassata. Bob & his wife Joyce recently joined us for dinner while participating in an equine event at the HOT / ExtracoEvents Center. He’s a living legend in that community. A self-made billionaire, he created Bob’s Space Racers, one of the leading amusement park companies in the world. Many years ago, Bob & his wife created the modern version of Whack-a-mole. We all remember Whack-a-mole! Bob is an old school, Italian American , and we were delighted to meet and serve him. Still going strong at 84 years of life!
