Could this be you? The Waco FEC is hiring a Financial Empowerment Counselor to provide one-on-one financial counseling across five key areas — credit, debt, savings, banking, and legacy planning.

The Waco FEC is a public service of the City of Waco, operated by Grassroots Community Development, launching September 2026. We’re looking for someone bilingual in English and Spanish, empathetic, a strong motivator, and passionate about helping individuals work toward their financial goals. This position reports to the FEC Program Manager.
