Position Details:

Pay: $23–$26/hour (based on experience)

40–50 hours per week

Work is local to the Waco area

Responsibilities:

Operate wheel loaders safely and efficiently

Assist with installation of water, sewer, and drainage systems

Work alongside pipe crews to support daily operations

Maintain equipment and job site safety standards

Requirements:

Experience with wheel loaders and pipe work

Valid Driver’s License

Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset

Our team is performing all underground utilities, including water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure. From trenching and installation to final tie-ins, we’re building the backbone that keeps this development running efficiently for years to come.

Quality Contractors is looking for an experienced Utility Foreman who can lead a crew and operate equipment.

Requirements:

5+ years as a Supervisor/Foreman

10+ years in underground utilities (water, sewer, storm)

Must know how to shoot & read grades

Strong leadership and production mindset

Pay: $24–$29/hr (DOE)
