A peak inside our 18x55+ breezeway build! Just completed, hope to bring you more of this one in the near future!

Finishing up this beauty. Our second 18x55 breezeway model, this time with a 18x22 addition. More photos coming soon with plenty of the interior! Check back soon!

We are very excited to show this completed residential project in Houston. The first of this build type for us. It has a main kitchen/living module at 18x30 + a 16x22 master bedroom suite + a 16x20 guest bedroom suite connected by a breezeway, for a total of 1212 sqft.

This was a shell project for us and our client, Kathleen, did a fabulous job finishing this one out! We will have a more in depth video tour of this one in the near future!

📸: 12x16 Modern Kwik Room

Things are progressing nicely on our second rendition of our popular 18x55+ breezeway cottage. Roof + ceiling cover are completed and we are onto drywall! Almost ready for texture. We can’t wait to see this all come together!

Our fan favorite Scandinavian inspired Cottage is back for another build! We are excited to show you this one along the way and can’t wait until it’s all finished up! This one will feature a slightly bigger “guest” side that will have 2 rooms and a bath. So this one will be a 3 Br, 2 Ba.

We recently got these photos from one of our kit customers. They built this breezeway model a little differently by having 2 separate foundations for the two buildings and leaving bare earth in between. We think they did a wonderful job and it turned out great!

Here in Texas, we have a small, but oh so glorious window of near perfect weather that really makes you want to get outside and spend some time in the country. Well, that time is now! We hope y’all can enjoy some time in nature this weekend, we sure will! 🤠🌞🦘
