National Child I.D. Program
Created in 1997 by the AFCA, in partnership with the FYI, to help increase parents awareness regarding the need to improve child safety.
In America 800,000 kids go missing every year -- or one every 40 seconds. Parents, you should keep an up-to-date color photograph of your child, as well as a medical and dental history, and have your child fingerprinted.
Children should be taught to never answer the door if they are alone. Never invite anyone in the house w/out permission of a parent or baby-sitter.
