Agree! Failing after trying builds resilience in time. Resilience is needed when you engage in real problem solving and more often real life situations. Having kids in sports gave us plenty of opportunity to teach our boys about the lessons we learn when we fail & how to use that new knowledge to refine the skill or practice. AKA-ProductiveStruggle
