On March 11, 2020, President Livingstone announced a number of adjustments to campus operations in response to the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) across the state and country. Please note there are currently no reported cases of the coronavirus on the Baylor campus, in the city of Waco, within McLennan County or the surrounding area. However, as reports of COVID-19 continue to spread across the state and country, our University leadership has made the following immediate decision:
All University events, conferences and other large gatherings have been suspended for the remainder of the semester.

We anticipate your event may face significant disruption due to the recent suspension of events. We are empathetic to your concerns and understand this is a unique space to navigate. Review and approval of new events and/or rebooking will begin after May 31 barring any further information from the institution.
