We’ve passed our first priority bill of the 2025 session! Thanks to the leadership of Senator Mayes Middleton & Representative Cody Harris, SB1008 is on its way to Gov. Greg Abbott’s desk. This bill has many parts that will save restaurants money and create greater transparency and consistency for restaurant regulations.
