Meet Jeanette Quintanilla, our incredible Custodial Supervisor at the BASE at Extraco Events Center! Jeanette joined our team 8 years ago, starting as a seasonal worker during the Heart O' Texas Fair & Rodeo. When the BASE opened 4 years ago, she became an indispensable part of our team—and we couldn’t be more grateful for her dedication!

🌟 Jeanette is a cancer survivor whose strength and positivity inspire us every day. She’s also a proud Waco native, graduating from Waco High back when they were the Tigers! She spent several years in Houston, where she became a diehard Astros fan. ⚾

🎶 Outside the office concerts are her happy place! Jeanette has been to so many shows that she’s lost count. Most recently, she saw one of her favorite bands, Los Lonely Boys, at Billy Bob’s Texas!
⚜️ She’s all about Mardi Gras fun, with Christmas coming in as a close second for her favorite holiday.
🌊 When it comes to adventure, Jeanette would pick skydiving over scuba diving any day. But if she’s near water, you’ll find her safely on a glass-bottom boat!

Jeanette has a natural gift for making people smile and always strives to see the good in every situation. Next time you see her, make sure to say “Hi!”—her positivity is truly contagious! 😊
