Nobody wants to log their food.
Everyone says the same thing:
ā€œI eat the same thing every day.ā€ Or ā€œ I eat sooo muchā€ or.. ā€œ I eat healthyā€

The reality? Maybe you do.. but most likely you don’t, 99.8% of the time.

Portion sizes change, Snacks get forgotten, Drinks don’t get counted, Weekends look different than weekdays.
If you’re not logging your food, you’re guessing.
And when you’re guessing, it becomes almost impossible to identify what’s actually driving your results or holding you back.
You really want to get results?! Or feel bad for yourself for why you can’t…

Not gaining weight?
Not getting leaner?
Performance not improving?

Without data, you can’t isolate the variables.
Food logs aren’t about being obsessive. They’re about creating awareness and accountability.
The athletes who make consistent progress don’t just train hard they track what matters.

Our athletes have been getting after it these past few weeks heading into our summer training. A big thing we’ve noticed when it comes to training younger athletes: learning to keep the progressions and advancing our athletes WHILE still maintaining a key šŸ”‘ part that is often neglected; HAVE FUN!

Yes training should be hard, yes you should be competing and working to your best abilities (not every day is you’ll feel great, but the EFFORT shouldn’t change), but they’re still kids, learn to make it fun! šŸ”„
