Nobody wants to log their food.
Everyone says the same thing:
āI eat the same thing every day.ā Or ā I eat sooo muchā or.. ā I eat healthyā
The reality? Maybe you do.. but most likely you donāt, 99.8% of the time.
Portion sizes change, Snacks get forgotten, Drinks donāt get counted, Weekends look different than weekdays.
If youāre not logging your food, youāre guessing.
And when youāre guessing, it becomes almost impossible to identify whatās actually driving your results or holding you back.
You really want to get results?! Or feel bad for yourself for why you canātā¦

Our athletes have been getting after it these past few weeks heading into our summer training. A big thing weāve noticed when it comes to training younger athletes: learning to keep the progressions and advancing our athletes WHILE still maintaining a key š part that is often neglected; HAVE FUN!

Yes training should be hard, yes you should be competing and working to your best abilities (not every day is youāll feel great, but the EFFORT shouldnāt change), but theyāre still kids, learn to make it fun! š„
