We carry emotional burdens without really acknowledging or considering how we're impacted by them, and how they make us function in our relationships. Moody, withdrawn, and cranky are often signs we're burdened emotionally with life and personal issues that began to suffocate or s***f out our joy and peace. This is where we need "emotional intelligence" ~ Self-Awareness: The ability to recognize your own emotions, strengths, weaknesses, and how your feelings impact others.
You are not defined by a moment, but moments unchecked can begin to define your life. Discern the moment and invite Christ in it. He's always closer than me realize. He understands the challenge, He wants to help you through difficult times. Practice honestly with yourself about how you really feel and unburden your heart.

This is a word for someone this morning.....the Holy Spirit wouldn't let me dismiss it.

Matthew 11:28...// Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. NLT
